Stand For women

The Our Stand with Women Act brings together key model legislative components into one powerful, comprehensive bill. It clearly defines the terms "male" and "female," while safeguarding female-only spaces and opportunities.

WOmens bill of rights declaration

  • Women deserve not to be erased. 
  • Women deserve single-sex spaces and opportunities.
  • Women and girls deserve fair and safe single-sex sports.
  • Women deserve privacy. 
  • Conflating “sex” and “gender” harms the rights of women.
  • To preserve female rights, leaders must Stand with Women and define sex-based terms, like “male” and “female.”
